Receive text and email follow-ups with the link to join the virtual Team meeting at your scheduled time.
When you join the virtual Team room, you'll be assigned an agent to assist you.

Every year during open enrollment

Can I cover my family as well?

Yes, your assigned agent will cover all the details for how to add your family, what coverage they will receive, and the family plan premiums during your scheduled appointment.

Coverage options can include but are not limited to: employee only, spouse and kids only, whole family etc... Your package is tailored to specifically meet your families needs and budget.

Where does my payout go?

Directly to you, via direct deposit or mailed check. Once your claim has been filed, the filing process begins immediately and you can spend the money on whatever is necessary. For example: copays, groceries, out-of-pocket expenses, time off, bills, etc...

If I stop employment at the college, can I keep my policies?

Yes, upon leaving the college at retirement or for any reason (quit, relocate, etc) all policies are portable and permanent, which mean that you can take them with you at the exact same rate; we will pull you off of payroll and move you to bank draft
